Thats the thign Knack was never an AAA game, Cerny was pretty upfront about it. Its probably a fun game but ultimately meh. Im more concerned with the fact that were going into a very big game drought, nothing comming for either system till next year after launch, if you ask me Id say both companys rushed the launch and it botched the launch line ups a bit, it couldve been a lot better, with Second Son, Drive Club for PS4, a complete KI for One and Watch Dogs for Both (probably even more stuf for both realy).

That is nice and most likely will be the first X1 game I play.
Azerth said: so do you guys think that games like lococycle and crimson dragon get alittle pass since there dl $20 games where knack is a a $60 retail game? |
None of those games need a pass. Plenty of people have Knack and are enjoying it. Same thing will happen when the xbone releases for the other two games.

so kinect controls are still available ???? this is the only reason I would buy that game, and the only way I can see myself playing that kind of game... |
I think only secondary commands uses the Kinect functionality. I believed they totally removed the Kinect only option.
Edit: Yup Kinect only is no longer an option as stated in the Kotaku preview.

No offence, but when a digital download thats free with PSN+ has a higher meta than all these big $60 titles on both consoles, it's safe to say these launch lineups blow.

Loads of digital download games have 90+ scores, doesn't mean anything.

Yeah. That generally means they're a good game.

I don't care about DR. But I sure will talk about KI a lot if it's as good as it looks!
Couldn't care less about those military shooters (I do love Killzone and Halo though. Even if in the end the games are FPS games, it's the atmosphere that sell them to me). Sports games? I do get a Hockey game every now and them. But the last few ones I tried, I didn't like the cluttered controls much... :(
When it comes to the XBO, I'm hoping Forza 5 is more than just a visual upgrade. Because that's the kind of racer I love to play. So depending on the content, I may choose this one over GT6 because I'd like to see what next gen performance can bring to a racing sim. I still think Turn 10 haven't yet achieve phot-realism. But at this point, I think it's a design choice more than anything else. I prefer the look of GT games over the overly vivid one of Forza. But it still looks gorgeous.
Other than that, on the XBO, Ryse looks really good visually. But I'm concerned about the gameplay. I hope it's better than what the videos give out, because that's usually the type of game I enjoy best.
Killer instinct down to a 73.
