Don't insult me by accusing me of making up a story like this. It's very true. I'm far above that kind of trivial nonsense and my reputation with the community should make that evident.
He said the guy at GS claimed that it was probably due to him powering down without confirmation that the day one update was finished installing (supposedly a lot of people are having this problem). He also said they seemed irked by the whole thing but oh well.

Actually my cuz is definitely hardcore. He buys EVERY game console and plays a ton of games. His wife told him he could only get one this time and he kept going back and forth on which to get. He's just impatient, lol.
He says he'll get the XB1 early next year. In fact, I know he'll have it in time for Titanfall alone, as that is his kind of game times 100.
