Don't insult me by accusing me of making up a story like this. It's very true. I'm far above that kind of trivial nonsense and my reputation with the community should make that evident.
He said the guy at GS claimed that it was probably due to him powering down without confirmation that the day one update was finished installing (supposedly a lot of people are having this problem). He also said they seemed irked by the whole thing but oh well.
