Funny that you say all of that as system sales for Wii U have more than doubled recently and not only that, but a brand new 3D Mario game gets released in a few days and a few months after that, a brand new Mario Kart AND brand new Smash Bros.

It's time we stop lying in our threads, like the OP is doing and base things off of recent and past market facts. Such as, Nintendo leading in home console AND handheld console sales all of last generation and guess what, they are also leading this generation in both categories as well.

Opinions are opinions but posting blatant lies is something else all together. I feel incredibly sad and sorry for you...

Wow man don't get me wrong. It is a what if scenario. I don't actually think that Nintendo will put their games on the PS4.Heck, I'm not predicting or basing anything in evidence. I'm just putting a what if scenario. And with that a question! What would you do ig Nintendo went to the PS4? Would you follow them?

I dont' think Nintendo will go to the PS4 but that is my question. In the unlikely event that it happened... would you follow them to the PS4?

I'm not much of a Nintendo fan, I prefered Sega in the 90's and switched to the Xbox when Sega quit the console business. I do like Pokemon, but it's mostly a handheld series and I don't look for Nintendo to drop out of the handheld business, the 3DS is selling too well.

Sega is also cool! But i feel their latest games suck a little! Colors was the last good Sonic game I remember playing!

Yeah, Sega is a hollow shell of what they once were. The current leadership has practically driven the company into the ground. You've got the Aliens: Colonial Marines controversy where they and Gearbox played the blame game with one another. You've got the fact that they're sitting on popular older franchises and not doing anything with them, even when the creators of those franchises want to make new games in the series. You've got the fact that they won't localize the latest Yakuza games as well as any Sakura Wars games despite fans outside of Japan asking for them to be localized. And of course, like you said, there haven't been very many good Sonic Games in recent years (Generations and 4 were pretty good). And then you've got the fact that they signed a 2 year, 3 game Sonic exclusivity deal with Nintendo, which looks like it's going to bite them in the butt, as the first game in that exclusivity deal, Sonic Lost World, has been met with mixed critical reception and low sales. I really hope that both Sega and Microsoft come to their senses and partner up with each other this gen, Sega could use Microsoft's funding in order to actually localize games outside of Japan and revive old franchises and Microsoft needs exclusives that will sell in Japan.

I read somewhere that Sega was initially going to partner with Sega after the Dreamcast failed! It could be possible but i hope that isn't the case. Just because of Atlus. I would hate to have SMt or Etrian Odyssey taken out of the handhelds .

I'll buy a PS4 and Nintendo games. Then laugh when Nintendo published games sell more than first party ps4 games.

After that, and looking how Nintendo software sells more than any third party game (except maybe titles like GTA and COD), laugh at those third parties looking at how they are supporting the same piece of hardware with Nintendo games.

Finally, after looking how third parties abandon PS4 because their software doesn't sell as good as Nintendo software, I'll see if the power of the sony games are as strong as Nintendo ones to sustain a console.

Of course, by that time Nintendo will be repeating the same strategy with Xbox One.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

And then they will achieve total domination. A macabre plan to destroy the competition from within their ranks.... A truly brilliant plan...

I would be OK with Nintendo-Sony alliance, but people need to get their head outta the clouds if they think Nintendo is going to grovel and lower themselves to just being a "third party developer".

A Victoria Secret model isn't going to lower herself to dating any scrub at the local bar just because she's broken up with her movie star boyfriend. She's still got her standards.

First off, IMO, I think Sony would have to agree to kill the Vita and/or license the tech to Nintendo (which they could use for a future handheld). And Sony would have to provide games for it, so Nintendo gets Sony support on handhelds (not a big deal, but it's something).

Secondly, Sony would have to give Nintendo a gigaton of cash for each year that Nintendo provides Sony with support and Nintendo would have an opt out clause when they wish. And Nintendo would get design input on future hardware in a collaborative manner if they chose to continue working together.

Do that and maybe there's a basis to start discussions from. If Sony says no, Nintendo could always take a similar (probably richer) deal from Microsoft and tip the console wars in their favor. So they have tremendous leverage.

The Wii U is selling 100,000 a week (its undertrack by VGChartz I believe).

anyways, the Wii U is selling more then the PS Vita every other week, without Mario 3D World & other upcoming Wii U games.

Plus the Wii U has been out for 1 year, while people will wait 1 year before getting a PS4 & ONE, so I can see some of those PS4/ONE gamers also buying a Wii U these next 60 days.

The Wii U is struggling sure, but not to that extent.... Overblown. It's still doing pretty decent. Not compared to the Wii, but decent overall.

IF, this were to happen (which it wouldn't), Ps4 would win. Everything.

Is this what has become of the once mighty Playstation fans? Pining for the death of a company who has weathered through worse than this and are still here. Hubris young and old Playstation fans, for the PS4 might be Sony's last console and then there will be topics like "What do you think of that Wii 3D exclusive *insert Sony IP*".

Wow, and then you literally do the same thing you were condeming in the very next sentence. Ever heard of an contradictions?

Yes, I would be fine with it. It's never going to happen though.
