CoD didnt score well either if that makes you feel better.So them being alike this year reflects in the score.

CoD however got popular off of CoD4 and not ghosts just as KZ got popular off KZ2. Scores also reflect this as well.

And that is fine if they dont get displayed artisitcally.  People still enjoy the hell out of them which is wha games are made for.  Counterstrike for example is still played today after a decade.  

I am, but I'm even more disappointed in Sony for their thin lineup of launch exclusives. Yes I realize it's mainly about 3rd parties these days, but they could have put a bit more effort in. I mean would a 1080p version of GT6 for the PS4 really have killed them? A full 1080p boxed copy of the Uncharted Trilogy? Anything to buff up their exclusive lineup? Anything?

i haven't listened to a review for a game or movie,since i was like 15 years old. if i want a game and it seems it will appeal to me, than i buy it. i plan on buying killer instinct and dead rising 3, what ever there reviews are i dont give a shit about.
i have bought 4 ps4 launch games , because they appeal to me, ppl put to much into reviews and such way more than they should.

I've never bought a game cause metacitic score was high or low. But when you got Xbox fanboy sites like Polygon(who the fuck are they) giving scores like 5 for a game that most say is 7-8 easy can't help. Nobody said Knack was going to be the next Crash Bandicoot including Cerny. He stated it was a family game aimed more at younger children to play with their parents. The Insane hype is for the hardware which no matter what is the superior machine. That won't change wid da clouds help or balance.

Why? The PS3 is still being supported and Kudos to Sony for doing that. The PS4 has more than enough titles to make it to the new year when Drive Club and Infamous SS will release. Plenty of indie and third party titles and FTP

Resogun and Killzone are the only release games i am interested in on PS4. The rest is something I would play on PC (Battlefield and Contrast) or don't care about. Resogun seems to be decent and I did never expect this to be a 90+ Metascore game.

Killzone was a franchise I never really liked and I thought it will change this time. Reviews don't look very good and one video I saw about it did also take my interest away a little bit so that I'm at least disappointed that it probably isn't as i have hoped for some months ago.

I'm just wondering if Killzone will be scored lower than ZombiU when all is said and done. That would be aw...ful, yes awful is what I meant.

I really don't know where anyone ever got the idea the PS4's early exclusives were going to be any good.

The internet was too busy making mountains out of X1 molehills to recognize that for all the good they have done in creating solid hardware, Sony had dropped the ball on software for the PS4's first six months.

That said, Resogun might be worth picking up when it is cheap.

So because a few gaming sites said it could be makes it anything to write home about? People claim all sorts but like the designer of the game said it isn't  a triple AAA title but one for younger children and families. What makes me very suspicious of review sites is this How can a game like Cod Ghosts get a better or higher rating than KZ????? The game is a mess on nearly every platform. Generic and short campaign. Need i say more?
