Good news. I wonder if they will still try to optimise after the game launches and put some optimisation patches to make the game run between 60 -45 fps which is pretty standard anyway. Depending how often it is the case, dipping as low as 35fps will be very noticeable.
So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
