Per digital foundry, sometimes the fps drops to 20 fps. 

This is a next gen console game that runs at 720p 20 fps.

there is a difference between "dips to 20fps" and "running at 20 fps"

The lowest framerate they got was 16fps... seems like thew 20fps is the stable framerate.

20 fps unplayable

Not a representation of the Xbox ones power. Even the 360 can handle a 720p 60 fps game easily.

While it's obvious the Ps4 is a bit stronger, this whole thing is being blown out of proportion. A 20 fps next gen AAA title just tells me how lazy the developer is or they were rushing to a deadline.

Well the title says exactly that, it says goes down, so it's also higher hence dips. don't know what your problem is

OT. That's pretty terrible :-/ I'm not one of those who can't play a game when it's 30fps, I don't really mind that much, if the IQ is considerably better then I'm cool with it. But I can't play a game that doesn't have a solid, stable 30fps framerate. The reason why I have skipped games like ME3 and Crysis 3 on the PS3.

How come they are the only one to say it drops after the big blow out were everyone else said its 30

it seems like they rushed to get it to launch, and the optimization suffered.
