UK aint big on Ninty plus Nintendo gamers couldn't care less about a fps game, we're a different breed of gamer.

To further clarify, we know that 99% of sales were on 360, PS3, and PS4 according to the Guardian.  The remaining 1% is between the PC and Wii U.  Since the PC version charted at 18 and the WiiU version was outside the top 40, we know the Wii U is less than 0.5% and likely quite a bit less.

There is also a possibility of rounding in the Guardian numbers which could put it at more than 1% or less.

This speaks a lot about the Playstation fanbase.
From my point of view, this should be a bad news instead of a good one if i were a PS fan.

I think he's talking about the fact that there's never been a Nintendo console lead the market in the UK outside of the Wii, and seems to assume that Nintendo here = Xbox in Japan.

Which is kinda funny since the UK was also the only other country other than Japan where the Gamecube sold better than the OG Xbox, IIRC.

As a Wii U owner, this announcement pleases me.
