Clue for 45:

So a thief, a general and an assassin walk into a bar. They see a a gambler playing blackjack with a man who could be a King. The all go and watch a clown show.

Does that clown show by any chance happen to end in the ruination of the entire world?

That is a strong possibility

Well, just so that nobody else can swoop in and claim the glory: Final Fantasy VI/III.

(although technically, the moment you're referring to happened after Kefka fucked the world up. I was just focusing on the characters and didn't remember)

Reposting my hint for #46 since it appears to have been buried:

This game taught me that if I stick around for my friends when things look bad, they might just stop being assholes and randomly ditching me all the time.

Correct, lol.

Yours sounds like an MMO or possibly WRPG. I'll start with the biggest: World of Warcraft?

A good guess, but no. People in World of Warcraft will never stop being assholes.

It is an RPG, though.

Is that a direct quote from the game?

Unless you mean literally, I remember an obscure PC game called Momento Mori which is that phrase in Latin I think.

Not really a quote, but i has to do with the game in a way. But it's not that PC game!

Amusingly, your game is also Final Fantasy VI?

Primarily an RPG player but have interest in any game that will make me think.

Sorry for my late reply xD.

Anyway nope, that's not it! In fact the quote is never mentioned in the game but it has a lot to do with it in a way .
