39. Age of Mythology & Titans Expansion (PC)

The brilliant gameplay of Age of Empires combined with creatures of myth/legend and ridiculous powers given by the gods themselves. It was the first of the series to have a truly enjoyable single player campaign with a surprisingly good story, and the need to discover settlements instead of 'rush' building town centers added a new strategic element to the series. It was also the first 'Age of' game to go 3D. It worked (if a little unbalanced with the Titans expansion) and I still enjoying playing 2-player with my girlfriend.
