Thats cool and all that good stuff as long as we dont have to deal with any of that daily check in, camera having to be on, and not being able to trade in games shit that was attempted by other companies

any xbox live account ever banned. if they cant monitor what you are saying/sending how will they know you commited an offense and ban you? 

I wonder if the people who ran the article believe their email accounts or skype messages are free from recording.

Bad terms... Sony needs to matain focus on consumers and not try to some kind of anti-privacy thing.

As far as I was aware, this kind of thing was already going on. From Facebook to Twitter to Skype to PC games. Even current gen consoles. Thankfully texting or voice chatting is optional though. No company in their right mind would think it a good idea to require a device that could listen in on a conversation or video record you when you don't want it to.
