Nintendo should just ditch Wii U and focused more on their handheld consoles since the 3DS sells like hot cake while the Wii U is struggling. I gonna felt sorry for Plantinum Games when their Bayonetta 2 didn't sell well as they expected. It all about PS4,Steam Box & Xbox One now

They won't even last much longer in the handheld market either, seriously the 3DS sales isn't near as strong as the NDS og GBA sales and the Vita is getting killed by mobiles. I think it's a question of time before mobiles and handheld consoles will be all in one and then Nintendo will be doomed as a first party once and for all, because we all know they aren't a mobile company, and we all know how they are bad at hardware, unless they partner up with some mobile company.

I think you're underestimating the 3DS. True, it's performing somewhat behind the DS, but the 3DS has already almost overtaken the GBA in Japan and the "Rest of the World" region. Even if the 3DS only sells half as well as the DS did, that's still a pretty big market (more than the NES sold!).

And how exactly is Nintendo bad at hardware? Their hardware is renowned for its innovative use of technology and reliability! It's not usually powerful, but that seems to be a sign of keeping costs low as opposed to not being able to make more powerful machines.
