Unconfirmed but Forza 1080p seems to be like GT5/GT6... not 1920x1080 but something like 1280x1080 upscalled to 1920x1080.

They concluded the problem comes from the interlaced signal of the video used, not from the game.

There is too much inconsistencies and the guys at beyond3d noticed that this interlaced signal artifacts was not only in the (rare) game parts but also during the whole 12mn XOne demo.

So forza is as much native 1080p as before, no need to be worried here.
