PS+ is not mandatory for all games that has online multiplayer. I think its up to the game publishers to make that choice.
Final Fantasy XIV:ARR, and Warframe wont require PS+ to play online.

They explained this, im sure you can find an article on it but it takes that into consideration. If you play good and jelous players report you it will not count against you. So it also takes your stats into consideration. If i find the articl ill link it to you. It was like 4 or 5 months when they announced it.
Impulse triggers is triggers that give rumble or haptic feedback each time you press the triggers in. So lets say you are shooting in call of duty. Each shot would send rumble to your fingers. Or if youre playing a racing game you could feel the rumble when you brake or the motor etc.

Well this video literally just came out but here will show you a little more. Very impressive. Somebody else should link you a PS4 one. Im only linking this because im literally watching it right now haha
They keep talking about how Xbox is going to have a better follow through in 2014 with Halo and Titanfall, but Halo is old and no longer being made by Bungie. And Titanfall is from an unproven studio. Meanwhile expect PS4 to get much better exclusive support from top tier Japanese Developers than PS3 did this gen. So, without a doubt the Best Games will be coming to the Best and Most Economical system the PS4.

Welp actually the two main developers from IW who were responsible for the sole reason why I got 360 in the first place (COD4) are actually developing Titanfall, and the gameplay looks along the lines of COD, a better futurustic alternative to black ops 2.
That XOne video put me off more than anything, I want to watch porn and not have my grandmother skype me. But at the same time, the FUCKING GAMES MAN, Tintafall and Halo appeal to me alot harder than KZ/infamous ever will. But there are decent multiplats floating around regardless - BF4/Watch Dogs etc.
This is harder than Sophie's choice, and I really don't want to blow money on both.

If money's an object, one should probably go for the substantially more powerful yet $100.00 cheaper console and that is the PS4. And despite earlier statements if the PS4 outsells Xbone 2:1 or better Titanfall's developers will have to bring its Game of the Year Edition to PS4.
