Processing power in terms of what ? In terms of being able to get closer with the theoretical performance ? Sure
They don't sound specific as to what they were limited by. Are they talking about the cpu ? Do they mean raw shading power ? Could they be talking about fillrates ? In terms of integer calculations ?

Getting closer with the theoretical performance of what? Latte? They're simply saying graphics processing power, PS360 just don't have enough power to run that expansion at that grahpical level, while Wii U does. In terms of what exactly, I'm not sure, graphics processing power could mean several things on the GPU side, but their game isn't CPU intensive, and they mentioned that they had no issue whatsoever with the CPU, so they are obviously not talking about anything CPU related.

[Frozenbyte was asked if there was any issue with porting Wii U due to its alleged "slow" CPU]
Frozenbyte:
None whatsoever. The whole architecture is running very well and we were able to ramp the T2 art to a higher degree than the
other consoles. So for porting no issues at all and there is a nice base for future original development too. Maybe some were
looking for a larger leap in terms of pure power, but in the end I believe most developers will be quite comfortable with the system

Though, they do say that the entire console does have more "pure power" compared to PS360 (and no, RAM isn't a metric when talking about "pure power")
