On the topic of Sessler, who cares. I wanted 1080p60 this gen too. But guess what? Neither of the consoles are going to consistently offer it. At least not at launch. So what are my options? I can accept that fact and move on or become PC exclusive. Sessler is no different.

I guessing Xbox One gamers are angry at him for calling the console weaker graphically and PS4 gamers are angry for saying that it does not matter while WiiU gamers are angry for so many reasons.

Consumers should consider every information possible about a product they intend to buy, before making the purchase. For some people resolution matters, power difference is significant and the price gap is important. For other's it just isn't. Yet, they should know about any of these (and any other info) beforehand.

Let people know about differences, if any. Then let them decide whether it matters or not.

This is hilarious. There was a larger gap between Dreamcast and PS2. Yet the Dreamcast was a better console for the first 3 years imo. Only stopped by Sega themselves.

Also IW made it clear that there were other issues outside of hardware that made 720p COD Ghosts on Xbox One.

I believe the phrase he's being described as is "Microsoft  shill". It wasn't just that he changed his mind. He changed his mind because it was the Xbox (not the PS4) that is having the "issues". This is the same guy who tried to downlplay the price disparity between the PS4 and XBone by saying that because with PS4, you're gonna buy PS+, the console is "more like a $460 console, which is more in line with what Microsoft is going for if Xbox Live Gold was free". That is complete misinformation to put the light in favor of the Xbox. To say you're gonna get a subscription service on one platform to make it look more expensive and ignore that people will buy a subscription service on the other platform to make it look cheaper screams of shillery.

No no no, the article is saying everyone is calling him out on his shit because before he basically said "we're buying new consoles, your games better be 1080p and 60fps if you wanna keep your job" and now that the XBone isn't up to snuff he's saying "well, actually those things don't matter". It's not "PS4 fans with nothing else to do". It's gamers in general calling him out for flip flopping
