I think the controller looks awesome.

It's about time we try to get something as versatile as a classic dual analog controller, but superior. This could be it.

Since sony adopted analogs after nintendo and came up with the dual shock, controllers have been rellying on that formula for decades.

The box itself has design that shits on PS4 and One but that controller looks incredibly horrid!

I am excited to see where this will go, might consider getting one unless it costs a fortune (which is a very real possibility here).

It looks exactly the same as the one... -_-

Nah, man, the One looks like Sam Fisher's helmet and the PS4 is a letter organizer. In my opinion, of course...

lol

Don't care about the look of the controller, but it sounds like it'll own gamepad users easy, probably will lose out to M/K.

Thats has to be one of the ugliest machines i have ever seen.

I thought the xbone looked like a betamax but this is a carbon copy. Ugly, just ugly. Looks cheap aswell, unlike the xbone which looks expensive.

Nobody's perfect. I aint nobody!!!

Killzone 2. its not a fps. it a FIRST PERSON WAR SIMULATOR!!!! ..The true PLAYSTATION 3 launch date and market dominations is SEP 1st

Very interesting, I expect Valve to further refine it and I'm waiting for the official specs, that coupled with the next year's AMD APUs announcements will help me choosing the components for my next PC, that could end up being Windows-SteamOS-Kubuntu triple boot (Windows first not in order of importance, but just because it's so fussy about partitions choice and so selfish and sloppy when you'd like to install it TOGETHER with other OS', NOT to replace them with it).

It has promise,but I don't know yet. I'm not a tech savy guy,but if it's cheap enough,then why not?

Meh, I already have a gaming computer, and that controller is questionable at best.

Already planning upgrading my rig with hasswell and DDR4 for next year, soooo not thanks valve, still will keep using your steam thing now and then.

you can always dual boot to their OS, so no need to say no or more precise only no to the hardware.

I like the look and slim design. My current PC is a slim design but unfortunately it makes it harder to find low-profile graphics card. The Steam machine looks like it has a bigger slot for its graphics card.

I currently run the HD7750... anyone know of a better low profile card available in NA?
