Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo Uk/Europe complain help

Hello guys, does anyone know where is the best way to complain to Nintendo UK/Europe?

I had  to send my new Zelda Wii U and my old WIi U to transfer over datas (since we cannot do it ourselves).

After a few days of waiting for labels, as they had an issue to differenciate the Zelda one from a normal premium, I send them off.

A few days passed and all good I received the two consoles back with the problem that it looks like they have only transfered the account and not saved data (loosing all my records) and they have not updated something so I cannot read games (already played) or going to the eshop.

I had to turn off the console for 48 hours which I have just discovered to be 96 has they do not work on weekends.

I mean I have 2 Wii U - 9 games (11 now); 3 3DS with 40 games - all limited edition consoles and games, 2 3DS XL pre-ordered; 4 Wii s with 30 games - 2 DSiXL - 1 DSi - 2 DS lite - DS fat - and all the rest until the NES (ex. Gameboy MIcro)

As much as I think I do not deserve any special treatment - I can consider myself a good loyal client but I am a bit upset now and I want to complain.

Any suggestions (NO I WILL NOT PASS OVER SONY OR MICROSOFT)

Wait... so if you purchase something on a Nintendo console, you don't have any way to just re-download it on another console? o_O

What if the console breaks? You have to send the broken one and your new one to Nintendo?

This is how it should be. If physical disk breaks then we get no refund. Same should apply for digital downlaods also.

And after a few more calls and a few more "I Think you should....." I have to wait 48 more hours.... before turning my Wii U back on... getting closer to cancel all pre-orders... such a shame - I am so upset that it will be hard for me to enjoy playing games again...
