although it cannot quarantee a win, it's a head up, but anyway it's pointless, winning using this must feel quite lame, why did they even bother to create this...

Ranking battles for one. The top ranks earn the right to go into official championships. Since I don't see Gamefreaks stopping those championships or anyway to predict whether or not your opponent on ranked online battles is using the program, the whole competitive scene is going to go down the drain pretty fast.

It isn't a guaranteed win, that's for sure. You can still have an extremely crappy team that has no way to counter the opposing team, but for those balanced teams, this pretty much guarantees they can win. Your opponent knowing what you're going to do basically destroys almost any kind of strategy you can formulate.

Seems like an asshole to me.  Actually a lot of them are assholes, they laugh at NeoGAF's thread complaining about the program.

Anyhow another user is currently almost done making a counter program (page 4, named KazoWar).

Nice to see someone taking the matter into their own hand, though this will be far from enough. If the counter program isn't divulged enough (and trust me, the cheating program is gonna be linked everywhere), eventually it'll be moot, especially if Fierce Waffle decides to update it.

Only solution I can see is if GF patches the data packages with heavy encryption, just like they're going to do (supposedly) with Poke Bank.

Happy Thanksgiving gringos americans! Wii U news of 28/11/2013: 

  • What I've heard as the #1 JRPG (sadly, I can't get it) of the last generation is at $40 in Gamestop in Black Friday!
  • You can send Youtube videos to your Wii U through iOS/Android devices.
  • My favorite survival horror and #2 favorite Wii U game (haven't played 3D World), ZombiU, is at $15 in BestBuy!!!!
  • Another game on sale: Metroid Prime Trilogy for $40 at Gamestop!
  • And the "super" (only 30% Nintendo, that ain't super) discount for Mario VC games!

 

There weren't that many Wii U news, actually :/

Whatevs, the good news is: I have no school tomorrow and I'm only 5 days away of vacation!!!!!

Yikes, that's pretty disgusting!
Wonder how will Game Freak have enough time to make the next Pokemon game when they have to fix all these bugs and hacks! xD
