Quick question: should I play through Mario 3D World solo first, and then play through with friends? Or just tackle the game cooperatively right away?

Anyone have thoughts on this?

Yep, welcome! Join us on Sunday if you want in, 8PM GMT. I'll likely be practicing beforehand though.

Personally? I'm gonna be playing through changing as I go along, but I guess playing coop first would be best. That way it's s me el playing field and you can go through by yourself after to find all the collectibles.

Thanks for the advice!

I'm just a little wary because my experience with New Super Mario Bros. Wii wasn't great in co-op. Hopefully the added dimension in 3D World will make things play more smoothly.

So is this supposed to be different from the one that Miyamoto is working on then?

Not necessarily. We know that this studio is working on a new IP, and we know that Miyamoto is working on one too. However, we don't know what studio is making Miyamoto's game, and whose leading the Pikmin/NSMB team's game. IMO, they're probably the same game.

It does indeed! Much easier not to get in each other's way and for people to do their own things.

So there's reviews of Bravely Default out in the wild then? It's looking pretty good so far!

Also, a reminder to make a trophy, and indeed to join Mario Kart on Sunday!

Where are the reviews? Did a google search and couldn't find anything.

Here and here.

Thanks for the links!.

Enjoying the content of both reviews, they seemed to flow with my opinions from the demo itself.
