Really hope they are right. Just the regular versions or something special?
You got them on Wii, but on the VC is always easier to access them and pay for them, too.

What does the ending mean? Is he stilll talking about Bayonetta 2 or has he basically confirmed another Wii U game from Platinum Games?

Nintendo news of 07/10/2014: This seems like Smash month now... 

  • Release dates of Smash U are finally announced! Europe gets it on December 5th, Japan and AUS on December 6th, and NA in November 21st (cause we're awesome like that B| )
  • Nintendo of America released some really good information about SSB4 and the rest of the year. SSB3DS has sold a total of 2.8 million so far! Amiibos will launch with Smash U (in NA), and Captain Toad will release on December 5th (again, NA) for $39.99!
  • And there are even news for the NGC controller adapter! You can use your old wavebirds, and it will work with any games that supports the Pro Controller, even on the Wii!
  • Two Tribes released gameplay footage of RIVE!
  • Take a listen at all the new music/sound themes in the new 3DS update.
  • And SSB4 seems to be doing incredibly good at Amazon. 3DS version is #1, Smash Bros. U + GC controller is #6 (and out of stock), and SSBU alone is #13.
  • Something about amiibos in Smash... I dunno. Too tired.


Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

Honestly I don't like Amiibos. It's a neat idea in theory but it's not one I'll even be considering taking part in.

I'll probably still snap up Fire Emblem amiibos, though.

Yeah over $300 for the lot down here in Australia and they do shit all really. Maybe if a decent game had launched alongside them rather that Smash and the way they are implemented in that I would have considered it. I may still buy 1 or 2 just as figures though

Does anyone know when the New 3DS comes out in North America? I plan on investing (I got my 3DS at launch and want to upgrade) since it's got new features and I Wanna play Xenoblade Chronicles 3DS.

Plus I got the one with the small screen. Would prefer the bigger screen.

I can't find info. I can find info on when it's releasing in Japan, but not NA.
