@poll: Nintendo could use one or two new IPs (I think one is incoming from Miyamoto-san), but what it really needs to do is thoroughly explore all its current IPs. Nintendo has a huge stable of properties; it just needs to use them.

Wave Race, F-Zero, Star Fox, Excite, Punch-Out!!, 1080, Endless Ocean, Metroid, Kirby, Animal Crossing, Fire Emblem, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros., Wii Sports, Wii Fit, Wario, The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario, Donkey Kong, Golden Sun, Brain Age, etc.

Great choices. They're all excellent games! I personally like Luigi's Mansion the most out of all of them, but you'll enjoy all of them no doubt.

I'll let you guys know how I like them!

It's weird to think the first Luigi's Mansion came out over ten years ago. My first Gamecube game. Ah, the years!

Nintendo News: November 17, 2013

  • Mario and Zelda are the #1 and #3 most pre-ordered games on Amazon.
  • Ubisoft denies rumors of discontinuing support for the Wii U.
  • British store GAME has a discounted Wii U bundle.
  • Gamesradar did their regular Top 100 Games EVAR feature again. Super Metroid, Wind Waker Super Mario Bros 3, and A Link to the Past all made the top 10, and the top 20 included Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid Prime. That said, Mother 3 is only at #31. We attack at Dawn.
  • 53 years ago, Takashi Tezuka was born. He's a manager at EAD, who directed the original Zelda and worked on Super Mario Bros.
  • This is the quiet before the storm for Nintendo fans. Super Mario 3D World and Zelda: A Link Between Worlds come out this week!

Got to get me the WW HD Wii U Bundle. Luckily most of the Game stores near my area are re-stocking the bundle for christmas.

That Hyrule Story book is gorgeous... even if it´s the digital version

By the way, WW is also gorgeous. I was resisting to buy this (since I played the original GC version years ago), but I´m glad I give this game a go. The visuals are stunning with the new colors and shadow effects and the game is just as fun as it was. Definetely a must-buy. You won´t regret a single penny invested in this bundle
