That's a very good question. As this is the first event, I'm going to say there's no restrictions. However, if it turns out it's drastically broken then we can make a decision either way about it. 

So for now, there's no restrictions.

Okay then, i'll try and bring a more balanced car anyway. The BBee is still one of the most broken cars in MK7, in the short time I played it online, I got a VR of 2798 and a W/L ratio of 602:176 thanks to it.

Isn't the golden wheels one a fast car with really poor acceleration and grip? Might be confusing it for the DD one though. I used a mix of the BBee and the Mushroom tyres or the Cloud car with the small red tyres for maximum dash off curbs.

Nintendo seems to understand that software sells hardware (at least they continue to say so), but they seem reluctant to actually start up new franchises. 

Well, truth be told, they do make new franchises. But when it comes to new franchises for classic gamers their efforts lack polish, marketing or simple they seem to not care about them and forget them (Disaster: Day of Crisis, The Wonderful 101 and Endless Ocean are examples of that) .

@poll, yes they do need new franchises, but they shouldn't let go of Mario and Zelda and the bunch, anyone saying they should is a batshit moron.
I had a dream I was standing in front of a Line for Perfect Dark U, and I was so dissapointed when I woke up, if really like to see a Nintendo FPS again.

@Cone, sorry for saying this late but I can't really race anymore, I've been in bed for a few hours now, I'm feeling terrible.
And my self esteem is a little broken now, I just failed an exam for the first time in my entire life.
