Apparently it'll take you roughly 8 hours to finish the main story line in Super Mario 3D World.
Josh Thomas from TheBitBlock tweeted this a couple hours ago.
He clarified as well saying that he rushed through it somewhat, also noting that it was fairly easy.
Sounds like a very reasonable time, given that it is nowhere near 100% completion.

I'm rreally not sure why you would tweet something like that though. I mean, it's clear he rushed through it so all it's doing is antagonising people.
