It looks like the Nintendo that started this gen won't be the same that will finish it.

Now what remains to be seen is if the change will be for the good or not.

It is, but that's because of the worldwide release (which the other games obviously didn't have). Still impressive though.


And that´s only about retail (physical copies) sales. Add to that about 2 million digital copies.

Sounds fairly significant. He even mentioned mergers & acquisitions as an option.

That certainly sounds drastic. Whether it's a good thing or a bad thing for us gamers...we shall have to see.

Some excellent stuff in the investor briefing. It was good to see them reflecting on their strengths of 7th gen. Hopefully, less pandering to the graphics and 3d crowd.
