Lil Mac was considered OP for awhile to the point that online for Glory was filled with Mac players. Then it switched to Diddy Kong. Whether that remains the same now is unsure. Lil Mac I think it quite a strong character though. Dark Pit... I haven't really heard any complaints about him. Hope that helps.

I never noticed many Diddy Kong players, plenty of Ness, Link, Captain Falcon, and Lucina users though.

Harsh man...Its not that bad. It has problems for sure but I'd say it is certainly worth playing and the battle system is a lot of fun. I would love to see a sequel that fixes up the issues of the first because it seemed like it was always on the edge of being a really good game.

Or maybe my tastes just suck  x.x

Hard to pin it down, but you probably like some really meh games. The Last Story is such a game as it manages to disappoint on all accounts (story, characters, gameplay, length, graphics, music, replay value).

Haven't decided if I would even get any of the 3 operation games yet. But my current Wii U games list goes like: Child of Light, LoZ Minish Cap, Art of Balance, NES Remix 2, SteamWorld Dig, AC IV, Hyrule Warriors, MK8, Smash Bros, Bayonetta , B2.

Just unlocked the final world of Super Mario 3D World. There's no way I'll beat it lol, it's super hard...

People call DKC: TF a hard game, but imo SM3DW is a lot harder. Granted, some of that difficulty stems from the stupid isometric camera perspective. I will say I was too harsh on the game a couple of days ago, I've started playing with Luigi for the first time and he controls A LOT better than Mario, Peach and Toad. For some reason I thought he was going to be slippery like in SMG.

The score I give to my Wii U games:

DKC: TF: 9.5/10 (a masterpiece, -0.5 because no dlc and long loading times :p)

SM3DW: 9/10 (-1 because of the camera)

Mario Kart 8: 9/10 (including DLC, -1 because of battle mode and item balancement)

Batman Arkham City Armoured Edition: 9/10 (feels like a casual Metroidvania game in third person, sloppy framerate and outdated graphics though)

Wind Waker HD: 9/10 (sloppy framerate, not the best dungeons in the franchise, the dungeons where you have a partner are the best, everything else is top notch)

Pikmin 3: 8.5/10 (graphics could be better, some strange difficulty spikes near the end of the game, but one of the most creative and fun games I ever played)

Captain Toad: 7.5/10 (not great, but not bad either. Couple of flashes of brilliance, but mostly average)

Rayman Legends: 6/10 (forced gamepad gimmicks, boring graphics, floaty controls)

Bayonetta 2: 4/10 (extremely repetitive and boring)
