Yup. You need to go through every Bonus Level in the game. 

 

Or you can just use the cheat at 1-1 and do it that way.

i just checked its already unlocked i just had to find it lol but i dont know how i unlocked it i dont recall any bonus levels i just needed 15 of those coins.

There's one entrance per area in the game. You need 15 coins for each entrance, and hence, each level. So you need every coin to complete the Lost World.

I only have 10 physical games. I'm planning on buying six more games that have already been released. I'll probably give in and buy Smash even though I have it for my 3DS.

By the way, Tharja is overrated. Bayonetta for mascot.
