Users will be randomly allocated into groups, depending on the number of participants will determine the size of said groups. The top four will progress to the semi-finals and finals thereafter. 

And no it's always been May.

It meant alot and I'm grateful to all those who voted. I thought wii basic + hdd would get beat badly tbh. But to see there's people who would go with it. I didn't feel so bad buying the basic. Will probably have to buy a 1TB HDD this year when my xo needs the 3TB back. But that's fine.
