Yesterday, when I was posting, I suddenly got to a page that said "403 Forbidden". I tried restarting my computer and router but I was still "Forbidden". Why does this happen? Btw: it did come back an hour later

It could be if you refreshed/opened a number of pages too much in a short time.

If it happens about this time on a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday though it is probably the weekly charts being added.

to keep the server running there is a limit on the number of page visits you can have in a given time frame.  keeps the site from crawling.  I think I remember ioi saying something about a new server coming.
