1440p scaled back down to 1080p looks a bit better, still plenty of you tube compression artifacts.
The first video reminds me of HL2 prison part, not a huge leap. Nor is the snow outside, at 1:35 that rock has a sharp 115 degree angle...

The only problem with that comparison is the PS4 version is Multiplayer and the XB1 is Singleplayer. If those are on par then stands to reason PS4 SP > XB1 SP and PS4 MP > XB1 MP.

The aliasing in the Xbox One version is something you don't have in the older Battlefield games on PC if you use decent anti-aliasing. Just saw the PS4 video before I quoted you.
And not sure if the last sentence is serious or a joke, at least I don't really think that I post deep and insightful comments because I also don't try to do so.

Yes, usually I use 4xAA. But last time I played a HD game on PC was almost 3 years ago (except for friend's house and internet café). Maybe with modern GPUs people use much higher and better quality AA?
Also, back in 2006 Xbox 360 had almost better graphics than gaming PCs. Oblivion on my X1900XT had slightly higher resolution but much lower framerate than the X360 version. But now if I would buy a new PC it would be faster than the PS4 and Xbone. I'm already dissatisified with next gen graphics.
I maybe will go over back to PC gaming again (but I'm not a grafix whore. I am a gameplay guy).
It was serious. I often see these insightful thoughts from you, intelligent angles to several gaming topics. Plus you are a humble poster.
Watching multiplayer PS4 videos after singleplayer Xbone videos, I've come to the conclusion that devs will not try to achieve parity between PS4 and Xbone that much. The quality difference is hard to unsee.
That single player footage is the best First Person Shooter graphics Ive ever seen a console produce. Wow. Im really really impressed. It looks amazing. So much destruction, such huge levels and the lighting is amazing.
So happy with the single player Battlefield 4 visuals. Cant tell any difference from the PC footage at E3.
The multiplayer footage looks alot worse than single player though. Seriously. Looks like BF3 on 360 in single player. Whats with the jagged polygons in Multiplayer?
SP amazing.
MP Meh. But then MP you dont play for the visuals.
Although this video is low-nitrate (watching it on 1440p on my 1440p screen) it still looks just as good or better than BF3 on high settings which I tend to play often. And that means it is very good for a multiplat game showcasing those graphics on 60fps. Unless you want 30fps than they go much further in graphics on next-fen consoles. Still I won't get the game until the PC version keys are around 70 euros for the game+premium.

It is on youtube. It can NEVER be clear. Idk why most people just don't get that...
WOW! ps4 so far ahead of one!
my eyes just have orgasm
