A new game starring Pikachu has been officialy revealed. It'll be a detective game where Pikachu will serve as your partner and will have a development cycle of 2 years, with the release being 2015.

According to Serebii, there will be a "rare " Pikachu that will serve as the enemy, though the developers can't see people liking it. The game will also feature a special Blue Pikachu that can talk. This Pikachu will be able to be controlled through motion capture and facial recognition.

All of this information is from early development, so things may change.

A beta image of a sequel to Pokémon Trozei has also been spotted.

That Pikachu is creepy as hell. I guess they've still got a while to make him less intimidating.

I know.  I wasn't commenting on the content of the thread being a dupe; I was just saying we've been expecting creepy Pikachu for a while :P

My bad then. I do wonder how this will turn out as it will be a detective game of some sort. Will probably the most bizzare Pokémon game and I wonder how they'll do the F.recognition and Motion capture on a 3DS.
