How do people expect 1080p 60fps and ultra level graphics, when not even the best single GPU's on the market are capable of it with graphics at this level? BF4 looks at least as good as Crysis 3, and not even Titan or the R9 290 can run that anywhere near 60fps in 1080p.

The PS4 should have no issue with this game at 1080p with the highest settings and a locked 30fps. The XBO should be capable of the same at 720p. I think the the expectations of these next gen consoles it way out of line with reality. I just hope devs don't think every game has to be 60fps, because it is just not necessary in every game.
