Booting, or waking up?

Waking Up and booting up is one of the same.  They said that Xbox One will always be on at a low power state. Though if for some reason you dont like that Im sure you can change it in the settings.

Anyways I like it and how quick it is :)  X360 takes too long to boot up in my opinion.

I have no idea. I could be either of those on a Sunday morning. lol.

Looks good but I hope they let you be able to do some customization. I wonder if this is from the Kinect seeing him or from hearing his voice.

Boot is from a cold state without any power in the console... waking up is when the console is asleep with all the OS in the memory... so waking up is way fast.

I think I either typed it wrong or you misinterpreted me.  I wasnt saying they are the same thing.  Im saying for XBO they are the same because it is always on.  Any time it is booting up it is actually just waking up in other words.

Not having to shut the next gen consoles off and on will be a huge improvement for me. I love that about my Vita. I like to take breaks while I play but there is always the "shut it off or leave it on" dilemma, as both options are bad.

If you choose to use only wake up... yeah.
