Eventually, it will sell more than Black Ops II, mostly because Ghosts will probably be the last CoD title on Wii U. I say 330k.

Which is what puts Ghosts in such an interesting position; whether it will outsell Black Ops II.
despite the rampant piracy on the pc platform , I bet it will still outsell the Wii U version by a huge margin
I can see it cracking a million so long as Mario 3D World and Mario Kart 8 start shifting as many Wii U consoles as I hope they do.
