This is the definition. "On the ball" is a sports reference. It means that you are in control of the ball, so the idiom means to have things well in hand, to have anticipated all obstacles and be in control and a little ahead of things.

But isnt staying on a ball hard?  It rolls, you can fall off easy, you have to have very good balance and so on.

Be better to stand on a box.

Forza 5, Ryse, Killer Instinct, Dead Rising 3 and Battlefield 4. All games getting great praise. All look AAA.

I wouldnt bother if they were getting crap previews or didnt exist.

If it was just Forza 5 and one other till April. Id get it in April.

I'm a CoD guy I can't get into Boringfield... but both isn't day one for me... no multiplataform is for now.

This is very, very last minute.

GTAV goes gold 20 days before the release... there are others cases with 20 days too but mostly is close to 30 days... I guess 20 days is close to critical deadline.

I know I know that Watch Dogs is multi...but for people that like mature games that aren't sport or driving games, the list is very short on PS4 at launch. So if i can't play Watch Dogs, the alternatives are.... COD Ghosts, Battlefield 4, Killzone Shadow Fall and Assassins Creed IV. I'm picking Killzone Shadow Fall, if I want a second game it won't be another shooter, so the only left is AC IV. 

About Infamous Second Son, i can wait until February, but if they delay it too like Watch Dogs, the first months of PS4 for me will be very lacking.

But I will have faith in Sony, they can't make this mistake....

I think hes referring to the explosion of PS fans across the net pissed off. I dont get it myself. I think people are nuts to pay $399 for 1 or 2 games. Complaining they dont like anything else is sheer stupidity.
