Nintendo could never do that, they make video games at the heart so its only natural they make consoles. I don't get people and their pipe dreams of Nintendo going third party lol.

I think the digital sales of this game are going to be quite incredible imo. Of the people I know purchased it, one purchased it without preorder at retail, my other friend purchased it via eshop after I told him how awesome it was, and my work buddy and his wife had two preordered retail.

I don't want it to sell less. I have it and I love it. I'm just dubious in purely economic terms. And 3DS install base is not DS install base, so you could expect it to open lower.
