if you have a Wii U or a 3DS, go to e-shop and be happy. But for me, the best is Mega Man X

I have both, the problem is that there are too many options lol

so try Mega Man 1 first or X

Megaman Collection. Followed by Megaman X Collection.

If you want a beginner's mega man game you should start with Mega man 2 and if you like it (And find it too easy) then get the superior Mega man 3. If you like Mega man 3 then get mega man 4 and keep going until you don't like them anymore

lol What about Mega man X and Mega man zero series ?

When it comes to Mega Man X they say only get the SNES ones but I haven't really played them. Mega Man zero I haven't even heard of.

Also if you get Mega Man 1 just remeber it is hard so starting with that one is not reccommanded but if you want to see the series progress you can start with it.

Switch is 9th generation. Everyone else is playing on last gen systems! UPDATE: This is no longer true. 2nd UPDATE: I have no Switch 2. I am now behind

If you want an old school game, try Mega Man 3 or 2 (I like the third more but both are good games). Mega Man X is better though, it has a lot more action, better pace and great music. Is a more futuristic version of Mega Man.

The Zero series is similar to X, but the games are a lot more difficult and not as straightforward. I suggest to try the X series first before this one.

I'd start with Mega Man 2. The early X games are also pretty good, but they're also much faster than the main series, so keep that in mind.

Thanks for all of suggestions. I am thinking of trying Megaman X first, and then Megaman II

Seriously, Megaman Collection for PS2/Gamecube and Megaman X collection PS2/Gamecube. They're all there minus X7,X8,9,10. Spinoffs not included.
