Well, sadly AMD has fallen on hard times recently and their cpu's haven't ratcheted up as fast in speed etc. It would cost sega about 50$ (at cost) for each of those 4 cpu's alone. That's 200$ plus whatever the cost of the GPU would be (aprox 50$ as well). Let's just say it was never going to happen. If you are going to enter the market at this point you have to offer something the other 3 don't already have. The only way you could beat the rest is with the amount of games and price of games and system. If a new system launched at 50$ with 20$ games it'd sell really well as long as it had games people wanted.
