But seeing japans second week numbers for smash, im pretty sure it will beat halo 3 for the first 2 weeks combined in all territories.

1.3 million in japan

it would have to sell 3.2 million copies in america and others combined, or a 1million for others (625k+375k)  and 2.1 million in america (1.5m +.6m)

i think its almost a 50/50 call as we really have no idea how it will launch in america/europe, since there isn't really a fair basis of comparison (wii userbase is different to GC userbase)

I'm going to say Halo 3 still > SSBB after 2 weeks, but with Japans two weeks, America and Europe only need about 3.4mil total over the 2 weeks.. its very possible

The 3mil 1st day sales for America will be very hard to beat. But there is a very slim chance though.
