My sister and I went to GameStop and picked up X and Y! Pretty big line. The folks in front of us bought 3 2DSs and 3 copies of Pokemon for their kids.

You Mega evolve before anything else occurs that turn.

I'm still contemplating between Fennekin and Froakie actually. Afterall, I have time to do that as I didn't Pre-Order X/Y. Yes, I know, I'm a horrible person and I should've acted sooner, but hopefully I'll have the game in my hands soon.

Picked up my copy of Y last night was surprised there was a pretty long line when I got there (around 12;15) at my small hometown gamestop. I must say the battles look awesome, they look much better then I thought! Loving the game so far, just beat the first Gym leader ( piece of cake thanks to pidgy and Fennikin XP)

Been restarting the game for half an hour now trying to get at least a decent nature for my Fenniken lol.
