Well I have to say I am with Ninty on this. Gamers sometimes have a hard time separating righg from wrong on issues like this. At best gamers should be able to profit off of lets play as long ad its multiplayer because theres no spoilers of the experience and sells the longevity of the multiplayer. Smart marketing.

Since most Nintendo games are light on story, I see let's plays for their games as long advertisements for their games. I'm not sure how other people are, but when I see a let's play it often makes me want to go out and buy a game instead of the oposite.
