MS says it is not accurate. Best Buy conforms the delay for Day One Editions... whom I will trust?

both are right as long as he says it is "planned" to release all at launch

it will be really interesting to see when the last people wll get their pre-ordered day one editions. if it would be only one week after official release i would say saying "planned to release all at launch" is ok to say. one week more is not really something which couldn't happen even if they really think they can ship all at release date. if some of the day one editions will only ship mid december or even later this guy has to get blamed.

EThomaz, I think you're confusing Day One Editions with Xbox One's available on Day One. Those are two different things.

Day One Editions were only available via pre-order and won't be available unless you've pre-ordered one. Microsoft is confirming that Day One editions will be available on the 22nd.

What Best Buy is acknowledging to some customers is that their pre-order, which is not a Day One edition, will not be available until a later date (Nov. 30 is their projected date).

You have Day One pre-orders and then you have regular stock pre-orders, all before the launch. Day One pre-orders and most regular pre-orders are guaranteed for launch, however not ALL regular stock pre-orders are.

This is not news. Almost every major release thing that Best Buy pre-orders (including the WiiU) they screw up and take too many pre-orders. This isn't any fault of M$. They only guarantee a certain amount to each store or company. If Best Buy pre-sells beyond that amount, how can you blame M$??

Explicando em Português... nem todas as pré-vendas da Day One Edition na Best Buy é garantida para a data de lançamento (Day One), ou seja, várias pré-vendas já feitas para essa versão que deveria chegar na sua casa em 2-3 dias após o lançamento serão atrasadas.

Again... Best Buy is sending email saying some Day One Edition will be delayed to Dec 3rd.

Day One Editions preorders are not garantee for launch day anymore.
