But evolution only happens after battles. So he could easily have beaten up another Pokemon, leveled up, learned Bite, and then proceded to use it immediately.

Or cancelled the evolution, or learned it through breeding (it won't happen in this case, though).

That looked quite damaging for a non-super effective 60P move. Technician Squirtle? What a hacker his trainer is.

What would you expect from a trainer named ASSBUTT?

I'll be honest, I was expecting something p0rn related like the hundreds of examples than can be found elsewhere. I am disappointed.
