unlock more gpu makes it sound like the gpu was less impressive than originally thought of as I didn't know they were locking parts of the gpu out for this or that... also makes me wonder if something similar is going on with sony console... either way I'm still sure we'll see much better graphics next gen... just need to upgrade my tv now...

I knew a guy in college that was like super anti-gay, but we would always catch him looking a muscle men in magazines, statues of shirtless men like Zeus and Poseidon, staring at guys and stuff.  He would comment how 'he really finds the male body the best aesthetic' and insist he wasn't gay with a high pitch inflection.  He also worked out and looked at himself in the mirror quite a bit too.  He would talk about how nice a 6 pack abs looked best without a shirt and his fondness for the male body. 

Well, till that one day he ran in crying in that guys arms.  It was a bit dark and scary.  I know he tried to call the guy some time later, but his roommates or something lost his number.  I sometimes wonder what happened to him.  I hope he got a nice boyfriend or husband, or something.

To my knowledge the big three usually think of anything they pay for as being first party.  I guess we'd call it 2nd party but I've never heard them use that term.  So as far as I know MS calling Ryse and KI first party games goes perfectly in line with how console manufacturers separate games.  First party is anything they paid for, third party is anything others paid for.  

Second party is a legit term!  It is completely acceptable.  Here is how you use it.

Say, you make a game and publish it in Japan.  You have already paid for it.  Then Microsoft comes says, "Hey Torillian that is an amazing game, we want to publish it in markets you have not yet - with no cost to you."  They publish and distribute it all over the USA and Europe.  You made the game, maintain complete creative control and all they do is publish it and give you more money.  It would be a second party game.

I think Endless Ocean: Blue World might be considered one of these games in the USA and Europe as it is distributed from the Touch! Generations (Nintendo) and made by Arika (depends on the Japanese contract.)

Maybe a little – it is pretty sexy, powerful, creative and resourceful.  (Oh, my! catches breath)

As long as Kinect remains intact.  I lose interest on circumcised consoles.  They snip off the best part.
