haha BOO,  islanders should win ;)

Fucking cried watching the banner go up to the rafters.   This night is just awesome!

Yeah, sadly the B's have been garbage in their last 4 games. Just not skating as well as they can. How did your game go?

One of the best games in a while. action all over the ice,   Leafs played between the whistles while the canucks owned everything during play.  4-0 could have easily been 8-0.  Funny fights,  players acting like idiots, Leafs were dropping like flies lol CBC toronto bias was laughable tonight.  A perfect way to pay tribute to Bure.

and i moved up 2 spots in my fantasy league great night haha

Sweet, glad it was a great game.

Toronto hasnt won in vancouver in like 10 years.. Thats all thats important :)   Fuck the leafs

I am Torgo, I take care of the place while the master is away.

"Hes the clown that makes the dark side fun.. Torgo!"

Ha.. i won my bet, but i wasnt around to gloat because im on a better forum!  See ya guys on Viz

I only care about where they are in the standings. Carl Crawford was probably goalie for both of those losses as well.

They are doing well, but it seems Colorado is doing what it takes right now.

Corey Crawford. And yeah, he has 2 losses but one was the entire teams fault (against the blues early in the season) and he also came in cold two games ago when the blackhawks were down by 2 or 3 goals and stood on his head to pull out a win

You can't expect a repeat of last season. Emery left and is doing terrible in Philly too.

Emery was our savior last year! It is showing now. Crawford does not have what it takes to do what he did for the team. The experience. Plus Emery does not have the same team now that he did last year. A Great team to give him the help he needs.
We will still do well, since Crawford is still really good, just not anything like last year.
Either way, I got my Hawks hat on daily.

The entire stanley cup run and weeks before was played by corey crawford. Colorado is on a hot streak and they will never keep it up (unless you think Blackhawks went without an entire loss last year). Blackhawks may not win the cup again but thats an unreasonable expectation. They will make a run in the playoffs though

I'm from Quebec city and still cheering for the Nordiques... Just starting to be able to tolerate the Canadiens...

Tolerate the Canadiens? You people from Quebec have such inflated pride... The CH is now the only team representing your home province. Yet you probably cheer for the Avalanche? I can give you that now that Roy is managing the team, it can make some sense. Still, it's unreasonable to dislike the CH the way most hardcore Nordiques fans do. People usually throw things like "the Nordiques had more players from the province than the other teams" and whatnot. But that argument doesn't hold much. Especially now, where there's hardly any players playing for their hometown anymore.

What can I say... You can force yourself to love a team you grew up hating.  When the Nordiques went to Denver I just stopped watching hockey and didn't care at all about NHL.  Just came back since a few years and yes I can tolerate Canadiens now... lol

Just watched the Bure tribute. I remember when he was my favorite player as a kid. So much respect for the Russian Rocket, he'd still probably do laps around some players in the NHL today.

So Nathan Mackinnon is moved up to the "second" line due to Tanguay's injury. I feel excited to see him play with better offensive players in Stasny and Landeskog, but damn the fact he takes over for Tangs shows how deep this team is offensively. If his goals go up I am going to be sad if Tangs is forced to the third line because he is still playing at a very high level for his age.

Well Hello SexY!

Colorado is winng with great goaltending, a lot of balanced scoring by many talented offensive players, and a penalty kill that is the best in the league now. A fun team to watch.

Anyways, welcome fresh meat.
