without Pokemon, Ninty wouldn't have been very successful for the GB. Pokemon was really the only true system seller for GB

Best selling game of all th time= Mario.
I think without Mario Nintendo would disappear.
Without Pokemon they will only lose some handheld sells.

 no - imo, Pokemon is more important than Mario. Pokemon has been around for half the time yet look at the sales already. Pokemon games almost always outsell mario games (at least on handhelds)

nintendo w/o pokemon would be a great loss to nintendo, they relied on the franchise through out the 90's. Its the whole reason the GBs sold. Pokemon pretty much built Nintendos handheld dynasty. They would have handhelds today, but without pokemon they prolly wouldent be that high in demand.
