That would suck for me as I love Monster Hunter, but sueing over Mighty No. 9 when they seem to have abandoned Mega Man is kinda low... I'm torn.

Incredibly misleading title. Capcom has made no moves towards legal action against mighty no. 9. I believe if they did, they'd have a pretty easy case, but it would cost them in reputation.

Want to get a petition going regarding this? I would love to see a large mass of Megaman and other fans, managed to start playing taps for Capcom over this. If they were so gungho about having Megaman done, why didn't they bother to come out with another Megaman title?
