Nothing that a good round of an old fashioned board game like chess, or maybe even puzzles, crosswords and sudoku won't yield.
That's what Brain games are; a modern adaptation of those old puzzles, not a more efficent one, at least there's not scientific proof yet of such.

unless Brain Age all the sudden starts an intelligent conversation with you, I don't think it's going to help any more than any other games in the market.
face it, Brain Age is just another way to play game, with a very smart marketing tool by claiming it will make you smarter. And you buy into the false pretence.
kinda like Atkin's diet or War on Iraq. ;)
