I went into this game blind with hardly any information on it.  Not only is the OST awesome, this is the best new IP on Vita. Sequel is a Day 1 purchase for me.  And, this is coming from someone who doesn't like anime or stuff like that at all.

There was a discussion a while back about how Japanese games have better soundtracks than western games. For the most part, I agree, although like all games Gravity Rush is hit and miss for me. I got a little tired of the over-use of the battle theme during the game; but there were some epic songs in there too.

Still, I'm pumped for the sequel, because the game itself was excellent.

I still think LittleBigPlanet has the best soundtrack of all Vita games, though :P

It's good but the best ost ever for me is Loco Roco

This franchise, along with Tearaway, SS and P4G are really tempting me to get a Vita. I'll was planning to wait until I get a PS4 and Wii U first, but this is making me impatient.

The LittleBigPlanet Vita OST wasn't very memorable to me, hell I can't remember a single song from it :( but LittleBigPlanet on PSP.....

I'll remember this song until the day I die.

Uff.  That wasn't one of my favourites.  I'd actually say that LBPSP had the weakest of all the LBP soundtracks.

Anyway, I put forward these two entries for memorable songs from LBPV:

See, the thing for me isn't necessarily how "catchy" a song is, but how well it sets the tone for a level.  That second song I linked is by Plaid, who also had some songs in LittleBigPlanet 2.  I really think it sets the epic mood for the level it's in.

And the first song is by Winifred Phillips, who also did the best song of the LBP2 soundtrack.  She's really got a distinct LBP sound and I thought it was great having her back for LBPV.
