How is this getting 9's and 10's when its a remake with just hd graphics of an older game?

Are these remakes rated differently than say gta5?

Not trying to bash cuze its a great game....

The game was great from the beggining and it has some streamlined improvements that it why it has a solid score right now. This is pretty much expected. My guess it will end up in the 87 mark
